1. Phone activation.

You can call the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank credit card customer service hotline at 800-820-8788, then follow the voice prompts, select the "Credit Card Activation" function, and then enter the relevant information you applied for the credit card to activate.

2. Online banking activation.

You can log in to the homepage of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Credit Card Center, select the "Activate Credit Card Online" function, enter the credit card activation page, and enter your credit card number and other information as prompted to activate.

3. SMS activation.

You can use your reserved mobile phone number to edit the text message "KPJH (space) last 4 digits of card number (space) last 3 digits of the signature field on the back of the card (space) last 4 digits of ID number" to 95528, that is Activation is available.

4. WeChat activation.

Follow the bank’s credit card official account and activate your credit card online.
