(2) Outstanding student title winners (while in school);

(3) Current school party, league, student union or class cadres;

(4) Student party members;

(5) Current master’s and doctoral students;

(6) All students with bachelor’s degree or above from the top 30 comprehensive universities in 2005 (Appendix 2);

(7) Students with good family economic conditions, in the application form The first contact person must be a regular employee working for the following units (see the "Customer Categories, Categories 1, 2 and 3" of "Outside Customers" in Chapter 1 of the Personal Card Issuance Credit Policy):

1. National party and government agencies;

2. Various public institutions with financial allocations;

2. Basic conditions and supporting materials for applying for a card

(1) Basic conditions

1. Must be over 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct;

2. Provide a completed application form signed by the applicant;

3. Provide a copy of a valid ID;

4. The first contact person must be a parent or spouse , the second contact is the full-time counselor, class teacher, teacher or classmate of the school where you are studying. The contact person must provide valid contact information.

(2) Required certification materials

1. Copy of valid student ID card;

2. The following customer groups also need to provide corresponding certification materials (sales staff take the initiative If marketing can confirm relevant facts, the applicant is not required to provide):

(1) Scholarship recipients must provide a copy of the award certificate or a certificate issued by the school, college, or department;

(2) Winners of the title of outstanding student shall provide a copy of the award certificate or a certificate issued by the school, college or department;

(3) Current party, league, student union or class cadres of the current school shall provide a copy of the award certificate or a certificate issued by the school, college or department; Certificate issued by the college or department;

(4) For student party members, provide a copy of the party membership card or a certificate issued by the school, college or department.

3. Credit review requirements

(1) The focus of the investigation is whether you are applying for the card and whether you are studying at the school you filled in. The contact information of the first contact person must also be accurately verified. and specific address.

(2) If the applicant’s parents or guardian explicitly raise objections to the applicant’s card application, the card will not be approved.

(3) For those who are not in the above target customer groups, and who belong to the target customer group but do not have a mobile phone or PHS, the card issuer should carefully review and approve the card, and the approver should combine the applicant's application for school and application. The professional, applicant's own situation and family situation will be comprehensively weighed to decide whether to approve the card application. In principle, cards will not be issued to those who are not in the target customer group and the applicant does not have a mobile phone or PHS.

4. Application for card types and credit extension

(1) For the Peony student card, use the Peony International Credit Card ordinary card. The card issuer uses the joint number to identify the region where the student card holder is located and the school that issued the card.

(2) Initial credit limit control.

The card issuer provides the applicant with an initial credit limit level within the following standard range for the applicant to choose. The specific limit is determined by the approver.

1. Undergraduate students (up to 2,000 RMB, 200 USD):

RMB (USD): 500 (50), 1,000 (100), 1,500 (150), 2000 (200)

2. Master’s degree students (maximum not exceeding 4,000 RMB, 400 USD):

RMB (USD): 1,000 (100), 2,000 (200), 3,000 (300), 4000 (400)

3. Doctoral candidates:

RMB (USD): 2000 (200), 4000 (400), 5000 (500), 6000 (600) ), higher than 6,000 (600)

Generally, the initial credit limit for doctoral students in RMB (USD) shall not exceed 10,000 (1,000) yuan.

(2) When academic qualifications are improved, the credit limit will be re-evaluated in accordance with this policy.

(3) Peony student cards do not accept supplementary cards.
