If the debit card transfer fails, the bank will send a text message to inform the applicant that the transfer is unsuccessful and handle a refund. Applicants can reapply after receiving the refund.
If the cardholder's designated account is filled incorrectly or the status of the designated account is abnormal (including but not limited to account cancellation, loss reporting, freezing, etc. ), all expenses and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the cardholder.
