Treatment conditions
The application for public rental housing security shall meet the following conditions at the same time
(1) The applicant and the co-applicant shall have urban household registration in Guangzhou and work or live in Guangzhou.
Except for the following two cases:
(1) The applicant's spouse and children under the age of 18 who are not registered in Guangzhou but work or live in Guangzhou are regarded as joint applicants.
(2) Those whose household registration has moved out of Guangzhou due to school, military service and other reasons can be used as co-applicants.
(2) The disposable income of the family before the qualification review 12 months and the net asset value of the family during the qualification review meet the standards published by the government (see the table below for details).
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing An application for public rental housing shall meet the following conditions:
(a) there is no room in the local area or the housing area is lower than the prescribed standard;
(two) the income and property are lower than the prescribed standards;
(3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, he has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.
The specific conditions shall be determined by the housing security department of the municipality directly under the central government and the people's governments at the city and county levels according to the actual situation in the region, and shall be implemented and announced to the public after being approved by the people's governments at the corresponding levels.
Article 8 An applicant shall submit application materials in accordance with the provisions of the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level, and be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials. The applicant shall agree in writing to the competent department of housing security of the people's government at the city or county level to verify the application information.
If the application materials submitted by the applicant are complete, the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level shall accept it and issue a written certificate to the applicant; If the application materials are incomplete, the applicant shall be informed in writing of the materials that need to be supplemented at one time.
The public rental housing built centrally in development zones and parks is for employers or employees in the parks, and the employers can apply for it on their behalf.
Ninth city and county people's government housing security departments shall, jointly with relevant departments, review the application materials submitted by the applicant.
After examination, the applicants who meet the application conditions shall be publicized. After publicity, if there is no objection or the objection is not established, it will be registered as the waiting object of public rental housing and publicized; If it does not meet the application conditions, it shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.
If the applicant disagrees with the audit results, he may apply to the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level for review. The housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level shall, jointly with relevant departments, conduct a review, and inform the applicant of the review results in writing within 15 working days.
