Other fees incurred in withdrawing cash from overseas non-Bank of China self-service terminals shall be borne by the cardholder;

Without the Great Wall Global Travel Card, overseas ATM withdrawals are free of charge from Bank of China. If the acquiring bank is other banks, it may charge fees. , if a handling fee is charged, there will be a prompt, and the customer can successfully withdraw cash if he agrees.
