China bank credit card does not activate the annual fee?

At present, Bank of China will not charge an annual fee for credit cards that are not activated after successful card processing, nor will it cancel them voluntarily. Please go through the activation procedures within the validity period of the credit card. If the activation business is not handled within the validity period, the card will be invalid.
