Article 9? Individuals who voluntarily abide by the Articles of Association and have full capacity for civil conduct may apply for China Railway Yintong Card at the card sales outlets with valid identity documents. The range of valid identity documents used when purchasing a card:

Chapter five? Card replacement, card return, loss reporting and card replacement.

Article 14 When the China Railway Yintong Card expires or is damaged and cannot be traded, the cardholder can replace the valid identity documents used when purchasing the card at the designated card selling outlets. If the chip of the original card is damaged during card replacement, the balance of the online account of the original card will be directly transferred to the online account of the new card, and the electronic cash balance of the new card will be zero. The electronic cash balance of the original card will be automatically transferred to the online account of the new card after 3 days from the date of replacement.

Article 15 When returning the card, the cardholder must go to the designated card selling outlets with the valid identity documents used when holding and purchasing the card. If the chip is damaged when returning the card, the cardholder should register the bad card at the designated card selling outlet and refund it after 3 days. ?

Article 16 When a cardholder changes or returns a card, if the cardholder's information is unrecognizable due to card damage, the cardholder can't change or return the card, and the card sales outlets will report the loss.

Article 17? China Railway Yintong Card only supports online account loss reporting. If the cardholder loses the card, he should immediately call the customer service number (4008-368-368) and handle the temporary loss reporting with the password of the online account, and go through the formal loss reporting procedures at the designated card sales outlets within 5 days from the date of handling the temporary loss reporting; Or the cardholder can go directly to the designated card selling outlets to go through the formal loss reporting formalities with the valid identity certificate used when purchasing the card.

It will take effect when the loss reporting procedure is completed. The cardholder is responsible for the transactions of his online account before the loss reporting procedure takes effect, but not after the loss reporting procedure takes effect, unless the cardholder commits other dishonest acts such as fraud, collusion with others, or refuses to cooperate with the card issuer to conduct relevant investigations or provide relevant certificates. In this case, the card issuer will not bear any responsibility, and all losses will be borne by the cardholder.

China Railway Yintong Card does not support electronic cash loss reporting, and the losses caused by electronic cash after the card is lost shall be borne by the cardholder.

Article 18? If it is necessary to apply for a replacement card after the official loss is reported, the cardholder must go to the designated card sales outlet with the valid identity certificate used when purchasing the card. When the card is reissued, the balance of the online account in the original card is directly transferred to the online account in the new card, and the electronic cash in the original card is not reported as loss, and the balance of the electronic cash in the new card is zero.
