1. Guangfa Bank was established in September 1988 with a registered capital of 11.408 billion yuan and its headquarters is at No. 713 Dongfeng East Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. With the approval of the State Council and the People's Bank of China, Guangdong Development Bank was established on the bank of the beautiful Pearl River as a pilot bank for China's financial system reform. It is one of the earliest joint-stock commercial banks established in China.
