Please tell me about the exchange rate when repaying a credit card

It depends on the card type of the cardholder and the payment channel chosen by the cardholder.

First, if you use foreign currency and use the UnionPay single-currency credit card channel, it will be converted into RMB and credited according to the dynamic exchange rate at the time when the card is swiped. When repaying, just repay the RMB shown on the bill.

Second, if it is a dual-currency credit card, using the U.S. dollar channel and entering the account in U.S. dollars, the repayment is to purchase foreign exchange at the foreign exchange selling price of the card-issuing bank on the day of repayment.

Third, if it is a full-currency credit card, depending on the specific regulations of the card issuer, some are exempt from the 1.5 exchange fee, and some are converted according to the card issuer's own preferential self-operated exchange rate.
