China Construction Bank issued Sutong Dragon Card, which is an ETC function credit card jointly issued by China Construction Bank and Sutong Company. It can be used as both a credit card and a Sutong recharge card. If you pass the high-speed ETC, you will automatically deduct the fee from the credit card, without recharging in advance or handling another Sutong card.
