1. The applicant must be over 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct, and hold a valid identity document.

2. The applicant has a stable job and has held a CITIC Bank credit card for more than 6 months. During this period, the applicant has good card usage and repayment records, and has no overdue credit card records.

3. Applicants need to open a debit card account at CITIC Bank and make a certain amount of deposit.
