CCB can report the loss of credit cards in the following ways:
1. Log in to the mobile banking client and operate through the "Credit Card-Credit Card Loss Report" menu.
2. Log in to online banking and operate through the menu of "Credit Card-Credit Card Management-Credit Card Loss Reporting".
3. You can also call the 24-hour service hotline of CCB Credit Card.
Tips: The system will not reissue the card by default after reporting the loss through mobile banking and online banking channels. If you still need to use it after reporting the loss online, please call the CCB customer service hotline as soon as possible to apply for a replacement card.
