Dear Comrade Leader:
Hello, it is with great guilt and regret that I submit this letter of apology for my dereliction of duty. Regarding the period when the store parking lot was occupied, due to my personal negligence, I failed to fully realize the seriousness of the problem, failed to report it to the company leadership, and failed to take corresponding countermeasures. This resulted in two days of economic losses.
I can say that I made the lowest and most principled mistake. I'm guilty. I didn't even think of such a simple problem. I didn't do such a simple job well and didn't report to you in time. It has had a great negative impact on the company and caused serious economic losses. I feel guilty for the trust and care shown to me by my leaders.
But this time through self-reflection, I must find out the root cause of my work mistakes, and I reflected on it. The fundamental reason for my mistakes was that I didn't anticipate things well enough and had no initiative in my work. Insufficient anticipation of some things that may happen can be continuously strengthened through experience, but without salary initiative and lack of protagonist spirit, it is very scary and extremely dangerous if it continues. It is likely to cause more and more serious mistakes in the future.
In response to my mistakes, I reflected on the following corrective measures:
1. Regarding my protagonist’s weak spirit and lazy work style. I deeply realize that as a company employee, the rise and fall of the company is my rise and fall. Only when the company develops well can individuals develop well. You should always pay attention to anything that happens in the company and its surroundings, and consider whether it will affect the company's operations at any time. If you can handle it, you should actively handle it to strive for the best interests of the company. If you can't handle it, you should report it to your superiors in a timely manner. In addition to having a correct attitude and working hard, I also need to take free time to improve my interpersonal skills and professionalism to ensure the quality of my work.
2. I must strictly demand myself when doing things in the future and be a serious, responsible and diligent worker. I must always carefully understand the intentions of the leadership of the organization. I must not misunderstand the leadership's intentions and do my job well.
Through this in-depth review, please lead me to trust me. I will definitely work hard for the company in the future and contribute my meager strength to the development of the company.
