1 Call the bank customer service for enquiries:
1. Online quick payment requires binding a bank card When doing so, you need to fill in the mobile phone number reserved by the bank. But what should you do if you have forgotten the mobile phone number you filled in when you applied for the card?
2. Please prepare the "Construction Bank Card", "ID Card", "Transaction Password" and other corresponding information, and then call the bank customer service to inquire about the mobile phone number reserved by the bank.
2 Log in to Personal Online Banking to query personal information:
1. Search "China Construction Bank Personal Online Banking" on Baidu, and then click to enter the China Construction Bank website - the official website for personal customers.
2. After entering the official website of China Construction Bank Personal Online Banking, click the "Personal Online Banking Login" button in the upper left corner of the official website interface.
3. Jump to the China Construction Bank personal online banking login interface, fill in the "user name", "login password" and "additional code" and then click to log in.
4. Successfully log in to personal online banking and click on the "Customer Service"-"Personal Data Modification" option in the web navigation.
5. Under the details of personal information modification, we can see the mobile phone number reserved by the bank. Use the reserved mobile phone number with an asterisk to recall the mobile phone number you filled in when applying for the card.
What should I do if the mobile phone number reserved by the bank is deactivated?
When the mobile phone number reserved by the bank does not match the current mobile phone number, or the mobile phone number reserved by the bank has been deactivated. Please bring your ID card and China Construction Bank card to the local bank business hall to change the mobile phone number reserved by the bank.
