3. The same user can only open a Class III payment account in Alipay.

4. For the newly registered Alipay account, if there is no transaction within 6 months, the account will be deactivated and can be resumed after re-certification.

5. If multiple Alipay accounts correspond to the same mobile phone number and it is unreasonable, such accounts will be cleared by Alipay.
