1. After the Agricultural Bank of China reported the loss of the debit card in writing, it can go through the formalities of card replacement at that time. If you forget your password while replenishing your card, please report the loss of your password in writing before replenishing your card. When reporting the loss and replacing the card, please handle it yourself and do not entrust others to handle it on your behalf.

You can choose the original card number or a new card number when applying for a replacement card. If you choose a new card number, you can immediately reissue a new card; If you choose the original card number, you will get a new card after 15 working days. Before receiving the new card, the status of the card is written loss reporting, card payment stopped and not enabled. The replacement card of the original card number must be collected and activated before it can be used. Remittances can be received normally during card replacement.

2. After the Agricultural Bank of China handles the loss reporting and replacement of the credit card, the new card will be sent by registered mail within 3 working days, and you can receive it in about 7~ 15 working days. If you need express delivery, we can also apply for express delivery to send a new card for you. You can receive a new card in about 3-5 working days, and only the 20 yuan courier fee will be deducted directly from your card (except for special card types).
