If the POS machine fails to sign the purchase order, it is an unsuccessful transaction, and the transaction will not arrive. The cardholder's debit message cannot be used as the basis for the success of the transaction, and the merchant may not give the goods to the cardholder. Generally speaking, one more consumption transaction or balance inquiry can correct the previous failed transaction (that is, cancel the deduction of the issuing bank); If the cardholder's credit card bill shows that it is indeed deducted, please ask the agent or merchant to download the statement from the merchant service website to confirm whether the unsuccessful transaction has been settled. If the transaction can be found in the statement, please instruct the merchant to fill in the Application Form for Special Merchant Reconciliation, and indicate that "the purchase order for this transaction has not been printed but the actual deduction needs to be refunded". At the same time, build the official seal of the merchant, send an email to our company, and submit it to the UnionPay error handling platform within 3 working days. The cardholder's entry time depends on the issuing bank. Generally, it will be returned to the cardholder's account within 10- 15 working days after submission to unionpay.
