Specific process:

1. Apply for an ETC dragon card from CCB. You can apply at CCB outlets or online. If you already have a CCB credit card, the approval will be quick.

2. After getting the ETC dragon card, open the card according to the prompt, and call or go to CCB official website to open the card.

3. Spend at least one sum with ETC Dragon Card. You can swipe your card at the mall or supermarket, and then keep the receipt.

4. Call or go to the website of CCB to find out which outlet of CCB can handle ETC installation business, and then take the credit card receipt and drive to the place where you want to install ETC equipment. It should be noted that the driving license of the car must be its own name.

5. CCB staff required to install ETC equipment. After reviewing the relevant procedures, there is no problem. Someone installed ETC OBU equipment on the car.

6. Before getting on the expressway, insert the ETC dragon card into the OBU equipment installed in the car, and it can be used normally.
