If the credit card of China Everbright Bank needs face-to-face signing, face-to-face signing can be divided into two situations:

1. Sign your name before sending the card. Applicants need to bring their valid identity documents to the local Everbright Bank outlets and sign on the counter. After the face-to-face interview, China Everbright Bank will conduct a final review within 10 working days, and the approved card will be sent.

2. Send the card first, then sign it. After receiving the credit card, the applicant needs to bring the credit card and ID card to the local outlet to the bank and face-to-face sign at the counter. After the face-to-face signing, China Everbright Bank will conduct the final audit within 3 working days. If the final approval is passed, the applicant can activate the credit card.
