Method 1: E-mail L bill supplement: log in to credit card online banking, and click Account Management → Bill Inquiry to supplement the bill for the last 12 months.

Method 2: reissue the paper bill, call the credit card service hotline, transfer to "manual service" and wait for the bill to be sent. It should be noted that student card customers do not have the function of making up paper bills.
