How to open a store on Amazon globally

Amazon’s global store opening is divided into three parts: North American site, European site, and Japanese site. The registration process of the three sites is roughly the same. We use the North American site as an example to explain the Amazon global store opening process.

What information is needed to register as an Amazon seller?

2. Create a user and enter the email address as required.

3. Fill in the account name, email address, and create a user password.

4. Company users, use Fill in the company’s registered name in English or Pinyin. For individual users, please fill in your personal name in English or Pinyin. Check the box to agree to the relevant agreement.

5. Continue to enter the seller information in Pinyin or English

6. Enter the credit card information;

①Please use a dual-currency credit card that can pay in US dollars

②Visa and Master cards are accepted

③ Confirm whether the default address information is the same as the credit card billing address. If it is different, please fill in the address in English or Pinyin

④The credit card holder and the account registrant do not need to be the same person; personal credit cards can also be used for corporate accounts

⑤If the information is correct , the system will try to pre-authorize the credit card to verify that the credit card still has a credit limit, and the cardholder may receive a pre-authorization reminder from the card issuer.

⑥ During the registration completion and account operation process, you can change the credit card information at any time

⑦ This credit card is used for account settlement when your seller account balance is not enough to offset the relevant deductions. The monthly fee or other sales charges will be deducted from your credit card.

⑧ If you receive a notification that the credit card information registered in your seller account is invalid, please check the following information:

Billing address. This address must be exactly the same as the billing address on your credit card statement.

Check with the bank where you opened your account to confirm that your credit card has not expired, has sufficient credit limit, and has no restrictions on online deductions for rejected amounts.
