What is ETC?

How to deal with ETC?

2. Fill in the application form and sign the use agreement of electronic tag or stored value card;

3. The teller at the outlet shall review the user information, and handle the stored-value card or electronic tag for the user after verification.

What if ETC is broken?

If the ETC equipment is damaged, you can directly drive to the ETC network in the city where the vehicle is located for testing. If the equipment problem is confirmed, it can be replaced free of charge. If the company handles the car, it can provide a copy of the company's business license or a color photo, a power of attorney stamped with the company's official seal, the agent's ID card and the vehicle driving license. If it is handled by an individual: you need to provide the owner's ID card. When it is found that ETC can't work normally, you can check it yourself first, and then check and replace it at the outlet if there is no problem. First, check whether the vehicle speed exceeds 20km/h when passing through the ETC channel, whether the ETC equipment crashes, and whether the ETC card is in poor contact.
