How to report the loss of a credit card?

You can report the loss of your credit card in online banking/mobile banking. You can also report the loss by calling customer service, dial 40066-95566/40066-95569 from within the country and +86-10-66085566/+86-10-66086569 from outside the country.

Warm reminder:

1. Reporting the loss of a credit card in online banking/mobile banking is a formal loss report, not a temporary loss report. Once the loss is reported, it cannot be lifted.

If your credit card is later found and you cannot cancel the credit card that has been reported lost in online banking/mobile banking, you can call our bank’s credit card customer service at 40066-95566 for consultation.

2. The loss reporting fee incurred when reporting a loss will be directly deducted from your credit card. Please refer to our bank's credit card service charge price list for details of the fees incurred by reporting a loss.
