1. Service functions

(1) The bank provides customers with instant SMS notification services for card use.

(2) The bank provides customers with card security services. As long as the customer meets the conditions stipulated in these detailed rules, the customer does not need to bear losses from credit card theft within the scope of this service guarantee and enjoys the transaction protection stipulated by the bank.

2. Protection scope, amount and time limit

(1) Protection scope

The protection scope includes the following situations as determined by the bank:

1. Misappropriated transactions that occur after the credit card is lost or stolen;

2. Misappropriated transactions that occur after the card is cloned;

3. Misappropriated transactions that occur not due to information leakage due to customer reasons Misappropriated Internet, e-shopping, and mail-order transactions;

4. The above transactions include stolen transactions with password verification, but do not include electronic cash transactions or other transactions that the bank determines do not meet the scope of protection.

(2) Protection amount

The maximum protection amount for each card is the consumption limit of the card on the day when the fraudulent transaction occurs (can include permanent consumption limit, temporary consumption limit and floating limit, but since Except for deposits).

(3) Protection time limit

1. Customers can enjoy this service and protection from 0:00 on the next day after ordering or receiving this service;

3. If the card that receives this service for free has no transactions for 6 consecutive months, this service will be automatically canceled. You will no longer enjoy the protection provided by this service from 0:00 on the day.
