The card at the beginning of Bank of China 45 has UnionPay logo on the front and visa interlink on the back. Can this card be used directly in PayPal International?
45 starts with visa card, 52 starts with MasterCard card, and 62 starts with UnionPay card. The card number is not necessarily related to where it is used. You can use ordinary credit cards on paypal, and it should be no problem for debit cards to take the visa channel. However, paypal may not be able to settle foreign currencies, such as US dollars, depending on whether it is a dual-currency card and there are payment restrictions on the website.
