On the Credit Card-Credit Card Application/Activation-Online Credit Card Application page, select the place where you can apply for a card, find out the types of credit cards you can apply for in your area, select the credit card you need to apply for, and click Apply to display the credit card collection contract of Bank of China Limited. After clicking the "Agree" button, the page will prompt you to enter the set security authentication tool (CA certificate, dynamic password+mobile phone transaction code) for confirmation (you don't need to enter the security authentication tool to query the version), and then click.
(1) If you are already a credit card holder of our bank, and the certificate information used when applying for online banking is the same as that used when applying for a credit card, the page will echo the relevant information you left in our bank when applying for a credit card before, and submit the application after confirmation. The system will display your application number this time (please record this number for subsequent inquiry through telephone banking). To modify the application information, please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695566.
(2) If you are not a credit card holder of our bank, the page prompts you to enter your card handling information, including your name, certificate, home address, mobile phone number and other personal information; Company name, company address, company zip code, company telephone number, working hours, annual income and other professional information; Contact information such as contact name, contact company name and contact telephone number. Click "Next" to set the mailing address (company address and home address), credit card verification method (password+signature and seal) and repayment method (voluntary repayment and automatic transfer repayment) of your card/bill and other important information. Click "Next" to echo the information you filled in, and then submit the application after confirmation. The system will display.
Tips:
(1) For customers who already hold our credit card or have opened our personal online banking wealth management version and VIP version, they can apply for a credit card through personal online banking, and the credit card will be mailed directly to customers after business card printing.
(2) For inquiry customers who have not applied for our credit card, they can also apply for a credit card online. After the customer fills in the relevant application information in online banking, the system prompts the customer to choose the card withdrawal outlet and submit the relevant information. After the business card is printed, the customer will be informed to go to the corresponding outlets to collect the credit card. When picking up the card, the customer himself holds a valid identity document and signs it for confirmation.
(3) Mobile banking (client) also supports the function of self-service credit card application.
(4) Customers apply for credit cards through online banking. If the customer is an old credit card customer, the returned mobile phone number is the mobile phone number reserved by the card core system; If the customer is a customer of our bank, but is a new credit card customer, the mobile phone number retained in the core system will be displayed; These two mobile phone numbers need to be revised at the counter.
Prompt: If the customer is a brand-new customer of our bank and has not returned the customer's mobile phone number, it will be manually input by the customer, and our system will interface with the operator's system to verify whether the mobile phone number is the customer's own mobile phone number. If the verification is successful, the customer can continue to apply.
