ICBC's counter for self-registration and upgrade is mainly as follows:

1. Users can register and upgrade themselves at the counter of ICBC business outlets with valid personal identification documents.

2. Users can log in to ICBC Mobile Banking, search and enter "My Account", click "Function Upgrade" below the account, and upgrade the self-service registration card to a counter registration card through face recognition verification.

3. In addition, you can also go to any business outlets in China with valid identity documents, online banking, mobile banking self-service registration cards and accounts.

Registration conditions:

Customers who apply for self-service registration in China Industrial and Commercial Bank's online banking must have one of China Industrial and Commercial Bank's personal peony credit card, debit card, business card, smart card or comprehensive account card, and have not registered online banking service at the counter. At present, customers are only allowed to register one card by themselves.

Registration process

1. Sign the online self-registration personal customer service agreement of China Industrial and Commercial Bank.

2. Provide and enter the following information online:

(1) The applicant's valid ID number;

(2) The number of my peony credit card, credit card, business card, smart card or comprehensive account to be registered;

(3) Register the card password and set the online banking password;

(four) other necessary information.

3. Customers who have passed the bank approval can use our personal online banking system on the same day.

Service function:

At present, China Industrial and Commercial Bank provides customers with functions such as personal online bank account inquiry, intra-card transfer, inter-card transfer, electronic card, national debt transaction, online payment, tuition payment and BTC online payment (including electronic card payment, bank-securities transfer, bank-securities transfer, foreign exchange transaction, fund transaction and customer service). Self-registered customers are not allowed to use the functions of external transfer and personal remittance.

Functional changes:

1. If customers need to add the functions of personal online banking such as external transfer, personal remittance and tuition payment, they should bring their ID card and registration card to any outlet that provides online banking account opening service.

2. Customers can add peony cards, credit cards, debit cards, business cards or comprehensive account cards at counter outlets, and carry their ID cards and registration cards to handle relevant procedures.

3. If the customer needs to cancel the registration card or cancel the online banking account, he/she must go through the relevant formalities at any branch that provides online banking registration and account opening service with his/her ID card and registration card. Customers can also entrust others to handle the account cancellation procedures, but they should issue a written power of attorney to the client.
