1. If it is manually frozen, the cardholder will call the customer service hotline and apply for unfreezing after full repayment.
2. If the account is overdue for more than 30 days, the system will automatically freeze the account. After the cardholder pays off the minimum repayment amount, the card will be unfrozen by itself.
3. Once the fraudulent and judicial accounts are frozen, they will not be unfrozen, and applications for unfreezing accounts with arrears exceeding 4 cycles will generally not be approved.
