What is the crime of renting a bank card?

Renting a bank card is generally a crime of money laundering. Legal basis: Article 177-1 of the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China", whoever interferes with credit card management under any of the following circumstances shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention;
