Procedures for handling import and export rights:

1. MOFTEC has gone through the registration procedures for foreign trade operators and obtained import and export qualifications.

2. Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to increase the business scope of "goods import and export, technology import and export, agent import and export".

3. Register with the customs, enter the customs system, and obtain the customs import and export code for import and export declaration.

4. Engraving the "Special Seal for Customs Declaration".

5. Go to the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for filing and obtain the quarantine filing code.

6. China Electronic Port Hangzhou Data Sub-center records and handles ic card approval, and connects the data of customs, quarantine, safe, national tax and other departments for import payment and export application verification, collection and tax refund.

7. Obtain a foreign exchange account opening license from the Provincial Administration of Foreign Exchange and export it for the record.

8. Go through the formalities of export tax refund registration at the provincial level.

Time to apply for import and export rights: The whole process takes about 60 days, and it takes about five documents.
