(3) Since January 1, 218, individuals will withdraw cash from overseas with domestic bank cards, and debit cards and credit cards (including supplementary cards) under their names.

if it exceeds the annual quota, it will be suspended from withdrawing cash abroad with domestic bank cards this year and the following year.
