1. Please open any webpage and select Browser Menu Tools-Manage Add-ins. In the add-in currently loaded in Internet Explorer, find the Edit class to see if it is in a "forbidden" state. If so, click Edit Class and select Enable.

2. Select Tools-Internet Options, select Security-Internet-Custom Level in the pop-up dialog box, select Reset to Security Level-in the pop-up dialog box, and click Reset to confirm. Please close all open webpages and reopen them when the operation is finished, and then try again.

3. Change ie browser and verify whether there is a prompt such as "This website needs to run the following add-ins ..." or "This website needs to install ... ActiveX controls". If this prompt appears, please click this prompt to operate normally after installation.
