The following documents are required to apply for the Platinum Card of China Merchants Bank:

1. If you are a senior manager in the financial and insurance industry, telecommunications and media industry, well-known multinational companies, listed companies and government agencies, such as an industry elite in universities, hospitals, scientific research institutions and design institutes, please provide a copy of the original work certificate, a copy of professional and technical qualifications/titles or the original business card issued by your unit.

2. Other foreigners should provide passports, photocopies, photocopies of domestic residence or temporary residence permits, and photocopies of employment certificates.

3. You can choose one or more financial documents to meet your demand for increasing the credit limit of China Merchants Bank Platinum Card.

If you are already a VIP customer of various financial services of China Merchants Bank, please contact the account manager of China Merchants Bank directly and provide relevant supporting documents:

1. If you own a luxury apartment or villa, please provide a copy of the property ownership certificate of your own commercial house.

2. If you own a high-end private car, please provide a copy of your vehicle driving license.

3. If you are a VIP customer of the bank, please provide the latest statement of the wealth management account, the original deposit balance certificate issued by the bank or a copy of the credit card face and the latest statement.

4. If you are a member of a high-end club such as golf, please provide a copy of the membership card and proof of membership.
