Tips:

2. The validity period of the temporary line is 3 days at the longest;

3. The quota cannot be adjusted in the following situations:

(1) When the temporary quota is in effect or the application is being processed, the fixed quota cannot be adjusted;

(2) The fixed quota is being applied for, and the temporary quota cannot be adjusted.
