BOC Yuetong Tag Card Loss Report:
1. ETC in the "two-card separation" mode handled through the Yuetong Card APP or the "Yuetong Card ETC" applet: through the Yuetong Card APP Tongka APP, after logging in, select "Service", scroll down the page and select "Yuetong Card Renewal" or "Yuetong Card Replacement" to reissue; or directly go to the Yuetong Card Business Hall to reissue.
2. Great Wall Yuetong Co-branded Credit Card: Call Yuetong customer service hotline 020-96533 to report the loss of the tag card. After reporting the loss, go to a Bank of China branch to apply for a new card.
