3. The professional quality of the staff at the credit card acceptance point is not high, and the credit card environment needs to be optimized.

Except for a few professional cashiers in some big hotels and shopping malls, most cashiers of special merchants are not familiar with the credit card payment business, and often are not familiar with the normal credit card acceptance process, not to mention how to identify counterfeit and forged credit cards. These cashiers are not familiar with the card receiving business. First, because there are many kinds of RMB credit cards in China and their operations are different, it is difficult for cashiers to remember them. Second, the cashier of many special merchants is frequently mobilized, and there are many novices, so bank training can't keep up; Third, the current market coverage of credit cards is low, and the amount of cards used is small. Some small and medium-sized businesses only do a few transactions every day, even for a few days, and the cashier does not give internship opportunities. Like special merchants, bank acceptance outlets also have similar problems to varying degrees.

4. The quality of cardholders and operators in each link is low.

Due to the blind competition among commercial banks, they compete fiercely for the credit card market, blindly pursue the amount of cards issued, increase the annual fee income, and complete the income index of intermediary business. When you open a card, you don't fully understand the cardholder's character, but only pay attention to quantity and ignore the quality problem.

At the same time, in the management of special units, the lack of personnel and management experience makes the merchants' review of credit cards lax, giving some people an opportunity and causing risks such as fraudulent use.
