Postal Savings Bank is a large state-owned commercial bank, which belongs to China Post Group. At first, as a supplement to postal services, it was restructured after 2006, and savings offices and postal services were split. Independent outlets were renamed Postal Savings Bank, which is also one of the six major state-owned banks. In July 2009, the Postal Savings Bank launched its first credit card.
