if your card (our bank's or other bank's card) is swallowed by our self-service equipment after failing to pick it up over time, you can choose the following two ways to pick it up by yourself: 1. Self-service on-site pick-up for 9 seconds: if you enter the correct withdrawal password within 9 seconds after swallowing the card, you can get it back from the self-service equipment. If you enter the password incorrectly once within 9 seconds, or if you fail to enter the password over time or press the Cancel key on the password keyboard, you can get it back. 2. Full-time self-service on-site card collection: Within 7 days after card swallowing, you can enter the last 4 digits of the card number and the withdrawal password on the original device; If the password is entered incorrectly (2 chances), the device will swallow the card.
