4 ways:

1. Find someone to help you withdraw the money from the card. After you withdraw the money, you can transfer the money. There are many such credit card companies online.

2. Use the minimum repayment amount. The minimum repayment amount only needs to be replaced by 5-10 of the card limit. (Different banks have different regulations, most of them are 10), which means that on July 4th, you can exchange it for 100 yuan in transportation, and then on July 27, you can exchange it for 150 yuan in CITIC. The remaining money can be paid back after you pay your salary.

3. Use to modify the billing date. Since your Bank of Communications repayment is on July 4, it is inferred that your bill date will be around June 20, and it will be useless to change this bill date. It can only be operated by CITIC Bank. If you repay the loan from CITIC Bank on July 27, the billing date should be July 8. Call CITIC Bank before July 8th and tell them to change the billing date to the 7th or before the 7th, so there will be no more bills in July. (After the modification, this month’s bill will not be generated, and all banks will follow this rule). So there is no need to repay the loan on July 27th. It is not until August 20th that I need to exchange money from China CITIC Bank.

4. If it doesn’t work, just withdraw cash from the ATM to repay the money. Take it out and exchange the money to the Bank of Communications. Then use CITIC Bank's card usage method 3 to modify the statement date (note that you must modify it forward!), so everything is solved.
