Hello, please open any webpage, select Tools -“Internet Options-Security-click Custom Level, click Reset in the lower right corner of the opened interface, and then set the security level in front of Reset to medium. After setting it, find the ACTIVEX control automatic prompt in the above window, and set it to Enable and click OK. Then select "Privacy" in "Internet Options" and remove the check in front of "Pop-up Blocker" at the bottom.
