3. Finally, the Postal Bank virtual credit card account cannot be a password-free account, a green card supplementary card, or a credit card supplementary card. You can use inquiry transactions, report losses, and green cards to handle inquiries and fixed-liquid transfer transactions. If you want to use the transfer or payment function of the recovery account, you need to open it at the counter.
