The steps are as follows:

1. Enter the official website of Bank of Communications.

2. click normal login and log in to your account.

3. in the main page of my account, select the option of transfer-online payment management-online payment opening.

4. Select to activate the online banking payment function.

5. Fill in the relevant certificate number, transaction code and payment card number, and submit it.
