There are generally three forms of credit card overdraft in CCB, and the treatment methods are as follows:

1. Consumption overdraft:

Overdraft consumption does not need to be handled separately. Cardholders can bring their own credit cards to POS machines provided by merchants for direct credit card consumption.

2. Withdrawal overdraft:

Cardholders can apply for cash withdrawal at the counter of CCB outlets with their credit cards, or insert their cards into ATM machines and enter their passwords for cash withdrawal.

3. Overdraft:

The cardholder can call the customer service telephone number of CCB Credit Card Center at 400-820-0588, and then switch to manual service to apply for opening an overdraft from the staff.
