Chengde Jianlong is a special steel joint enterprise integrating sintering, pelletizing, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling, oxygen production and cement. It is one of the five pillar enterprises in Chengde City and a leading enterprise in Hebei Province. It is a key protected enterprise in Hebei Province, one of the top 100 industrial enterprises in Hebei Province, an AAA credit customer of the provincial Agricultural Bank of China, and an export-earning enterprise in Chengde City.

The current production facilities are: one 8m2 pellet shaft furnace, one 28m2 and 36m2 sintering machine, one 580m3 blast furnace, one 1350 blast furnace, one 50t converter, one 70t LF ladle refining furnace, 800,000 t bar production line.

Currently, it has an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of iron, steel and materials. In 2006, it produced 631,100 tons of pig iron, 626,900 tons of steel, and 326,800 tons of materials. The company's products are mainly sold to Beijing, Tianjin, Tang, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Northeast China, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, Fujian, Guangdong and large areas in central China. Exports are exported to South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries.
