4. Enter the card information, confirm the bank card and obtain the verification code.

5. After three working days, log in to the mobile App of CSC bank card and check the transaction records. You will find that PayPal has deducted 1.50, and the four digits after the asterisk are the code.

6. After that, log in to your PayPal account again, click Verifyvourcard, and enter these four codes. CSC bank card was successfully bound.

7.PayPal can withdraw the balance into a debit card like Alipay.

8. Open two PayPal accounts, and account A is bound with CSC card. Account B is bound to the local bank card, and the money from account A is transferred to account B, in which account A deducts money through CSC card, and then withdraws money from account B to the local bank card.
