2. Supplementary cardholders cannot directly participate in the redemption of points.
3. Points exchange method:
(1) Online redemption: log in to official website of Jilin Bank, click "Credit Card" in the upper left corner, enter the credit card official website of Jilin Bank, and click "integral mall" to easily redeem gifts.
(2) If the exchanged reward items need to be delivered, they shall be delivered according to the billing address of the cardholder. If the cardholder's billing address is changed, please call the customer service hotline 4008396666 three working days before redemption. After successful redemption, the delivery address cannot be modified.
(3) Once the exchange is successful, it cannot be cancelled.

After the cardholder applies for redemption of points, the Credit Card Center of Jilin Bank will arrange to send them to the cardholder as soon as possible. The distribution methods of bonus gifts are as follows:
Postal EMS delivery: cities that cannot provide door-to-door service, suburban counties, remote areas or related control areas of door-to-door cities will be delivered by post office EMS. After the customer submits the application for redemption of points, the points gift will be delivered to the post office for distribution within 4 working days. Please refer to China postal system for delivery time limit of post office.
