1. The release and entry into force of China UnionPay exchange rate shall be subject to Beijing time. Please pay attention to the time when using in areas with time difference from China.
2. There will be extra handling fee and interest for withdrawing cash by credit card. It is recommended to use debit card for cash withdrawal and credit card for consumption to avoid unnecessary consumption.
3. Dual-currency cards (bank cards with Visa or MasterCard logo on them, generally with card numbers starting with 4 or 5) generally cannot choose China UnionPay channel to withdraw cash overseas, so it is recommended to use UnionPay single-currency cards (UnionPay standard cards, generally with card numbers starting with 62).
According to the provisions of the foreign exchange bureau on deferred information, the cumulative cash withdrawal of UnionPay RMB per card in China shall not exceed the equivalent of RMB 654.38+10,000 per year from 20 16 10.
Under the current rules, the purchase of foreign exchange by individual residents can only be used for external payment under current account, including overseas medical treatment, non-investment insurance, private travel, study abroad and so on.
