Credit cards are usually cancelled by phone. You can handle this business by calling the credit card center of the work bank and transferring to manual service. If your credit card is unfrozen, it means that you can't afford to enter the wrong password three times in a row. Temporarily freeze it until you call the credit card center and make sure it thaws behind you.
