Debit card: You can log in to mobile banking, select "All→Assistant→Transaction Statement" or click the three dots in the upper right corner of "Homepage→Income and Expenditure", select "Print Statement" and follow the prompts.

Warm Tips

Supports printing of transaction flow from January 1, 2015 to the present. The maximum selected time span is one year, and only transactions on T-2 can be applied for.

Credit Card: After logging into online banking (Public Edition or Professional Edition), click "Credit Card → Account Management → Unissued Bill Inquiry/Issued Bill Inquiry" to query, download and print the bill.

Bills have been issued: Click on the "Bill Details → Click to Download Financial Details" for each issue. The printing format is "PDF" with a special seal for business acceptance.

Unissued bills: Click on the unissued bills to download or print them directly. The printing format is "excel" and has a special stamp for electronic receipts.

Warm reminder

Credit cards do not have a receipt printing function and do not provide English statements. The printing format cannot be changed at the moment.
