1. The installment payment service provided by the bank includes capital cost, operating cost and risk cost, so the cardholder will be charged a part of the handling fee. For specific rates, please refer to the merchant information on the website or the announcement in the store of cooperative merchants by stages. During the marketing activities, the specific rates shall be subject to the in-store announcement of the cooperative merchants.

2. There are two forms of installment service fee: one-time fee and average installment (month) fee:

(1) One-time charge. The handling fee will be charged together with the down payment.

(2) Average monthly expenses. The handling fee will be divided into several installments (months) according to the number of installments, and will be collected together with the repayment amount of the installment.

3. cooperative merchants who pay by installment only charge fees in one way. If you choose to pay in installments in a certain merchant, you have chosen the charging mode adopted by that merchant.

4. With regard to the quality of goods, after handling the return formalities with the merchants, China Merchants Bank will refund part of the price of goods that have been repaid in installments and the handling fee corresponding to the return amount to the credit card account in one lump sum.

5. After handling the installment payment business, the debt can be repaid in advance in one lump sum, but all the handling fees corresponding to the total installment amount will not be refunded.
